Getting Help or Making Suggestions

Note: This guide is for technical help with Discord. For help with astronomy, just ask as you normally would.
Note: If you are having trouble getting access to Discord (and these guides are not helping), then the quickest solution is to use groups.io ([email protected]) and ask for support.

RAC Discord Ticket System
RAC Discord has a ticket system! Use this system to ask a question or make a suggestion. The questions or comments should be about RAC Discord – things that the moderators can help with.
Some good examples:

• Not able to get your member roles
• Someone is being disruptive or has broken the rules
• You have some ideas to make the server better
• You are interested in becoming a moderator
• Someone is harassing you (even via private messages)
• Something isn’t working

Once you are on RAC Discord, we recommend you use the Ticket system if you need moderator support. Just go to the #get-help channel, and click the on the ticket tool. This will open up a private channel that only you and the moderators have access to.

When you are satisfied, the ticket can be closed!
