By default, posts from members need to be moderated before they will publicly appear on the site. When a user enters a post from the front end of the site, the post will automatically go into a Pending state. An email will be sent to the RAC webmaster and officer alias to identify that a user post has been submitted. It must then be manually approved.

In order to approve the post, go to the admin part of the site and click on the Posts link.

You can filter the list for only Pending posts by clicking on the Pending category below the Posts/Add New button. This will give you a list of Pending posts.

If you mouse-over the pending post, you will get a menu of items, like below:

If the post needs to be removed, you can click Trash and it will be removed. If you wish to read it and/or publish it, click Edit. You will get the editing screen:

You can now review and edit the contents of the post. Please make sure the proper category is selected. When you have completed the review, you can either click Publish to bring the article live, or Move to Trash to remove it.
