- General Elections
The Officers nominated by 5pm on 6/28/2013 (when the voting closed) were:
- Co-Chairs: Ian Hewitt, Mike Keefe, Chris Cole
- Secretary: Ann Murphy
- Treasure: Chuck Jaynes
First there was a vote for the vote for each officer separately or cumulative for all of the officers on the ballot. It was agreed by those present that we would vote for all the officers at once. The vote was as follows:
- Web – 50 votes
- Given to Mark Lang to pass as proxy – 3 votes
- Members present at the meeting – 5 votes
- Total – 58 votes
If a member voted online or other means, then they could not vote again during the meeting. A quorum was met, so the vote was legal according to the constitution.
Congratulations to the newly elected officers.
- The next business topic was a committee to update the constitution.
This committee can consist of anyone from the club, not just the officers.
